Hi, I’m Grace Nwakama, a passionate Database Administrator, Database Analyst, and Front-End Developer. I’m currently expanding my expertise into Python, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML), as I continue to grow into what I love to call myself — a Techpreneur.

My journey into tech began in 2024 when I decided to pursue a path that could provide not just financial freedom but also personal fulfillment and continuous learning. At the time, I was searching for direction, something that aligned with both my potential and my desire for growth. Despite the doubts and negativity around me, I knew I wanted more for myself.

That’s when I discovered Database Management with SQL Server — it instantly felt like home, a niche that matched my analytical mindset and my passion for organized, intelligent systems. Since then, I’ve expanded into Excel, Power BI, HTML, and GitHub, combining technical skill with creativity to build meaningful data and web solutions.

What I love most about tech is that it challenges you to learn more, do more, and earn more. Every project deepens my knowledge and brings me closer to the life I envision — one of purpose, creativity, and impact.

My journey in technology began with a strong interest in databases and how they power real-world applications. Through hands-on practice and consistent learning, I’ve built a solid foundation in SQL Server, web development, and project management, combining creativity with technical skills to design efficient systems and solve practical challenges.

  • Database Development (SQL Server): Designed and implemented relational databases such as Student Records Management System, BookstoreDB, and Inventory Control. Skilled in normalization, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
  • Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript): Created and refined personal portfolio web pages (v1–v3), progressing from basic static layouts to fully responsive and interactive designs.
  • Version Control (Git & GitHub): Maintains well-documented repositories with clear commit history and descriptive README files for professional presentation and collaboration.
